2. How We Use Your Data

To verify your identity and prevent fraud.
To connect you with available helpers in your area.
To process and confirm bookings and payments.
To send OTP and booking confirmation SMS.
To improve the Platform and resolve disputes.

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share limited data only with:

Helpers — your name and address, only for confirmed bookings.
Razorpay — for payment processing (PCI-DSS certified).
Fast2SMS — your mobile number for OTP delivery only.
Firebase / Google — for data storage and authentication.

4. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us at the email below.

5. Your Rights

Access: Request a copy of the data we hold about you.
Correction: Update incorrect information via your profile settings.
Deletion: Delete your account from Settings → Delete Account.
Portability: Request your data in a machine-readable format.

6. Security

All data is transmitted over HTTPS. OTPs are single-use and expire after 10 minutes. Session tokens are HMAC-signed. We do not store raw card numbers.

7. Cookies & Local Storage

We use browser localStorage to maintain your login session. No third-party tracking cookies are used.

8. Children's Privacy

The Platform is not intended for users under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
